The brief
NAI San Diego is a commercial real estate brokerage. As Director of Marketing, I owned the strategy that built brand awareness, generated qualified leads, and supported the brokers directly. The job was to get the right property in front of the right audience, across every channel a commercial tenant actually looks.
That meant three things had to work together: design that made listings look worth a second look, distribution that put them where buyers search, and a brand that felt like a team people wanted to work with.
Listing flyers that carried the brand everywhere
I designed the marketing flyers for each broker's listings in InDesign and Photoshop, and used Canva for the quick-turn social graphics. Each flyer led with the property's strongest features and clean visuals, then went out through every channel at once: Constant Contact email, Facebook and Instagram, and the commercial listing sites brokers rely on, CoStar and LoopNet.
The point was consistency. Whether a prospect found a space in their inbox or on a listing site, it looked like the same brokerage, put together and worth calling.

A feed that sold space and showed the team

On Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook I built a feed that did two jobs. Most of it showcased the property listings, the features and the benefit of each managed and leased space. But part of it was people: coworker birthdays, holidays, tenant features. The listings brought in leads; the human posts built the relationships and the culture that keep a brokerage's clients coming back.
The right listing to the right list
Email is where the leads got made. I ran targeted campaigns in Constant Contact against lists segmented by property type, office, industrial warehouse, retail storefront, so a broker's new listing reached the people actually looking for that kind of space. Sending the right property to the right list, rather than everything to everyone, is what turned sends into conversations between a prospect and the broker who had their answer.

One brand, working across every channel
By the end, NAI San Diego's listings looked and sounded like one brand wherever a prospect found them, and the brokers had a marketing engine behind every space they represented, from the flyer to the inbox to the listing site.
