I leverage the power of social media to cultivate a vibrant online presence for NAI San Diego. Platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook are instrumental in showcasing our diverse property listings. We create engaging content that highlights the unique features and benefits of each managed and leased space. But it's not all business! I also use these channels to celebrate coworker birthdays and holidays, fostering a positive team culture, and share tenant features, building strong relationships with our valued clients.

Email Marketing

My email marketing efforts are laser-focused on generating qualified leads for our brokers' listings. I leverage Constant Contact to design targeted email campaigns that reach meticulously curated lists. These lists are segmented based on the specific property type – whether it's office space, industrial warehouse, or retail storefront – ensuring the right message reaches the right audience. This personalized approach significantly increases lead conversion rates, connecting potential tenants directly with the brokers who have the perfect property solution.
